You know, Katie-coo doesnt seem to "show well" at the mobiles. People overlook her, saying she seems too 'high energy'.

I've just met the real Katie though! She is a ball fanatic! Katie loves going up on Bernal Hill and merrily chases the ball up and down hills, bringing it back t me EACH and every time! Katie will make a fabulous companion for someone who likes to train, do agility, run, hike or just 'throw a ball' :-) She is also very food motivated, which makes her a great dog for special training... she LOVES IT!!!

Caitlyn is a sweet, loving, rambunctous and VERY funny little girl who really needs a home to call her own. She is a year and a half old, and about 25 pounds. Caitlyn was surrendered by a man after his wife passed away. He has two toddlers to care for now, and the dog was more work than he could handle. We'd have done anything to allow him to keep the dog, but he and the children were away from the home too much..

For some unknown reason, Caitlyn is a bit afraid of men. She would not bite or hurt a man.... but she is scared. She will do best in a home with a patient male figure, or in a female-only home. She DOES love kids and is great with other dogs.

Please give this girl a home! I know that while the mom was dying Caitlyn was left on her own.... It was a tragic situation.... no fault of the owner. She is a loving girl, waiting for a new place to hang her heart.
