POOR CASPER! HE fell out of a second story window at a foster person's home. He was taken to the emergency vet for observation..... He seems okay, but he's coming back to a wdr founder for close evaluation. Stay tuned for an update

Casper is a sweet, friendly little fella who was rescued from the Los Banos shelter. He is 2-3 years of age, and weighs about 5 pounds. He gets along SO well with other dogs, and loves to snuggle with people. He is going to be a fabulous companion for some lucky person or family.
