Otis is a CHARMING young dog, who ADORES children, other dogs, and all people. Unfortunately, his original family kept him as an "outside" dog, and then turned him in to the shelter for chewing on the deck (duh! puppies will chew if left unattended 24/7). Now that Otis is an "inside" dog with his foster family, he has proven himself to have WONDERFUL indoor manners. Otis is housebroken, neutered, fully vaccinated, and always has a big SMILE on his face! He needs an active household - he loves to go running, hiking, play fetch, dog park, etc. The only training he needs is lose-leash walking - he still pulls on the leash too much.
