Malcolm is such a great little guy. He is very timid at first but loving and friendly once he has a chance to warm up. He is an absolute sucker for attention, and does well with everyone he meets. He is very much interested in his surroundings, and it seems that a city setting and being walked on a leash are both totally new concepts to him. Despite this, he has great leash manners, and other than stopping to pick up the occasional scent, he walks right alongside you, keeping a good pace. He doesn't tug on his leash at all. He is housebroken and learning basic commands from his foster dad. He loves to be outside. Malcolm would do great in a home with or without other animals and/or children, just so long as there is plenty of attention to shower on him. He loves to cuddle, and sit on your lap. He sleeps well on a blanket on the floor or in the bed with you. He is a perfect little bed buddy. He is a loving, sweet, caring dog and can't wait to be a part of somebody's wonderful family forever!
