Yoga Class

We are currently not accepting applications for Yoga Class at this time.

Yoga on the beach will start July 7th 8:30 AM. We practice on the Shelter Harbor beach.

For those of you who have not met me, my name is Karen Manuzzi. I have been a Physical Therapist

for 36 years and have been practicing yoga just as long. This class is for all levels. I will offer more

challenging poses for some and modifications for others. We even have a chair yoga duo! Yoga is an

individual experience. I recommend bringing a blanket/sheet (to reduce sand), a yoga mat and

sunglasses. We will not practice if rain is in the forecast. Please note there will not be

Yoga 7/14 as I will be on vacation. Otherwise, we will have class every Friday for

the months of July and August. Looking forward to another great season!
