Tweety is a 3 lb chihuahua rescued from SF ACC. At the moment he seems like a very nice boy.... curious, not barks, playful. We are going to want to place him in a home that recognizes how fragile this little fella is.  He can exist with calm dogs. A larger dog could accidentally injure him in play.

(side note: I'm having a very hard time getting people to put him down!)
